The 98th birth anniversary of Padma Bhushan Rani Gaidinliu (freedom fighter) was observed at Tangnajeilong (Zeliangrong Village), Dimapur on January 26.
The programme was organized by Tangnajeilong Matheanmei Phom T.M.P (women society). The gathering was welcomed by Langangdonlu Pamei (President, TMP) while the brief history, life and struggles of Rani Gaidinliu was delivered by Meishonglung Pamei, an elder of the village.
