Head GB of Nikhekhu village, Isawoto Zhimomi, on behalf of Nikhekhu village council and the entire villagers have congratulated V. Hekali Zhimomi (IAS), Director of Census Operations, Nagaland for being awarded the silver medal by the President of India on January 11 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi in recognition for her outstanding performance during Census-2011.
In a statement, the head GB said V. Hekali Zhimomi (IAS), who is a resident of the village has made village proud by winning prestigious award for her outstanding performance. The village further wished her good health and success as she continues to render yoeman service to the people.
