Aghunato town public meeting held on January 30 was attended by Eastern Sumi Students’ Union (ESSU); Aghunato Area Kukami Hoho (AAKH); Sumi Totimi Hoho, Aghunato area; Ad hoc Town Committee, Aghunato town; senior and citizens of the area.
AT the meeting, the organizations and the citizens resolved to repel any unscrupulous and intimidating entities that impinge upon their moral and democratic rights.

Swu president ESSU in a joint release has appealed to all the people living in and around Aghunato area to respect the basic democratic values, and maintain the decorum of free and fair election during the forthcoming state legislative assembly elections.
