State government, in view of the ensuing elections and in the interest of public service, has ordered the transfer and positing of several NCS officers with immediate effect.
According to a government notification, deputy secretary soil and water conservation Nungsangmenla has been transferred and posted as ADC Aghunato; deputy secretary works & housing Hiazu transferred and posted as ADC Tobu; deputy secretary finance Kevin Zehol transferred and posted as ADC Peren; under secretary higher & technical Imtilemla transferred and posted as SDO (C) Zunheboto; under secretary land revenue transferred and posted as SDO (C) Bhandari; EAC Chare Mhomo Lotha transferred and posted as EAC DC office, Tuensang and EAC Noklak Samuel Thyug transferred and posted as EAC Chare.
The notification stated that these postings would be only for the duration of the assembly elections and the officers would stand reverted to their present places of posting after election.
