Former member of parliament, Lok Sabha, W. Wangyuh Konyak, has felicitated Dr. S.C Jamir on being appointed as Governor of Odisha.
The former MP in a congratulatory note stated that Jamir’s appointment as governor for the second time was “record history” in the Naga political history and a challenge to Naga youths.
Terming Jamir as a “teacher” to all, including state chief minister, Neiphiu Rio, Wangyuh on behalf of his family further prayed that Jamir would complete his tenure as Governor of Odisha and return home to act as political advisor for the Nagas.
Ao Students’ Union Dimapur (ASUD) also felicitated Dr. S.C.Jamir on being appointed as the Governor of Odisha and wished him the best in his service towards “nation building”.
