Kohima traffic regulations

Kohima police has informed that in view of the inaugural session of the 12th Nagaland Legislative Assembly new traffic regulation would be enforced from March 14-19 as part of the security arrangement.

In a press release, SP Kohima stated that only vehicles with appropriate car pass would be allowed entry to the assembly secretariat.

No vehicle would be allowed to be parked by the roadside from 6 a.m. onward in following areas – from BSNL Telephone Exchange till Classic Island and from Raj Bhavan to assembly secretariat.

Police would tow away any defaulting vehicles parked on the above mentioned stretch of road and towing charge would be recovered from the defaulters, SP said.
