State ministers and parliamentary secretaries on Saturday laid the annual administrative reports of their respective departments on Monday followed by chief minister Neiphiu Rio laying the review of the trends in receipts and expenditure for the first, second and third quarter of the year 2012-13 as required under section two of the Nagaland Fiscal responsibility and Budget Management Act 2005.
He also laid before the house, three other reports, from the Comptroller and Auditor General of India for the financial year 2011-2012.
Earlier, minister for planning and coordination, evaluation, geology and mining, T.R. Zeliang laid before the house the Nagaland petroleum and natural gas rules 2012. Parliamentary secretary for power C. Kipili Sangtam laid the first annual report for the fiscal 2011-12 of the Nagaland electricity regulatory commission; the Nagaland electricity regulatory commission (Standards of Performance for the Distribution and Transmission of the Licensee) regulations, 2012 and the Nagaland electricity regulatory commission, NERC (Consumer grievances redressal forum and electricity ombudsman) regulations, 2012.
Parliamentary secretary for housing, treasuries & accounts Vikho-o Yhoshu laid a copy of the Nagaland engineering service (Group-A and Group-B) rules, 2012 of the works & housing department (Establishment branch) and the Nagaland public works and accounts rules, 2012.
