Regretting series of arguments over the functions chaplee ministry’s through the media, NSCN (K) chaplee kilonser Zaremo Lotha Saturday issued a statement seeking to put to rest “all confusion that were created due to communication gap within the ministry.”
In a press release, NSCN (K) chaplee kilonser said the presidential directive authorized him to exercise all financial authority beginning March 14, 2013. NSCN (K) chaplee kilonser also maintained that “the issue of pending 2012-13 transactions to be executed by ex-finance secretary does never arise at all.”
On the purported query of ex-finance secretary, chapleee kilonser, while acknowledging his service to the chaplee ministry during his incumbency, pointed out that since he was already relieved from financial responsibilities, he may no longer take the trouble to intervene in any affairs related to chaplee ministry especially in and around Kohima.
