The 11th edition of the Sunsilk Mega Miss North East 2013 produced and managed by Mega Entertainment will be held on May 24 at ITA cultural complex, Guwahati. The event is styled and powered by designer/fashion choreographer, Abhijeet Singha.
Promising to feature the most beautiful young women of the northeastern region which include Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim, the girls would also have 10 days of activities prior to the live show.
During the contest, the contestants would be judged on their performance in three categories such as traditional wear, evening gown presentation and personality interview.
Last year’s winners, Zennyla Bhutia from Sikkim, Preeti Thapa (Meghalaya), and Ibethoi Thokchom (Manipur) would crown their successors at the conclusion of the pageant.
The pageant carries packages of Rs.1 lakh in cash, exclusive crowns by Tanishq, fashion wardrobe by Reliance Trends, extensive travel opportunities representing sponsors and charitable partners and professional representation by Mega Entertainment.
