Faith Theological Seminary (FTS) Kohima, 5th convocation was held on May 14 with Dr. Benjamin Cheren Sokoken pastor of Highlanders Fellowship Benguet Philippines and Adjunct faculty Baguio Philippines as the guest speaker. Dr. Benjamin in his speech, urged the graduating students to dream big and preach the gospel.
He said with an ordinary step and with firm commitment, a person would achieve their dreams for the Lord.
He challenged the students to be disciplined with the word of God in order to become extraordinary servants of the Lord. Principal FTS, Rev. Dr. Visielie Angami and academic dean, Avikato Sumi conferred certificates and awards to the graduating students.
Tesovi Tep delivered a speech on behalf of graduating students, special songs by seminary choir and trio by Kenyhulo and friends.
Various awards like best student, best all round and best term paper were etc., were awarded. The academic excellence award for B.Th. level was given to Rup Bahadur and Raj Kumar of M.Div.
