Wokha Town Catholic Youth Association (WTCYA) visited Fondling Harbor Children’s Home Wokha for special programme-cum-Swachh Bharat on May 18.
A press note by WTCYA desk stated that WTCYA assistant secretary IPR, Yanren Humtsoe shared and enlightened the inmates with his own experiences and with reference from Bible as well.
He said that one ought to be a God fearing person in order to live a life that was worthy and pleasing in the eyes of God. He also encouraged the children to pray to God and ask Him for their needs. Swacch Bharath was then carried out along with the inmates, wherein the surrounding area of the home was given thorough cleaning.
Vote of thanks delivered by Abigal Yanthan, 30 members of WTCYA visited the home.
The program was chaired by Yanren Humtsoe and welcome address delivered by Gloria Patton.
