With an aim to equip and raise believers, church leaders and ministry workers in the ministry of the Holy Spirit, Transformation Crusade Team would be organizing ‘Open Heavens—School of the supernatural’ from October 7 to 12 at State Academy Hall Kohima.

The conference is aimed to impart knowledge and training in ministry area such as physical healing and deliverance, power evangelism, inner healing, gifts of the Holy spirit, prophetic praise and worship, how to move in the prophetic and the voice of God with practical teaching sessions and workshops where contemporary and creative forms of worship such as prophetic art, dance and use of flags and banners. These would be taught in small groups by a team from the School of Supernatural ministry, Singapore.

Nagaland was hit by a reality by the wide spread deliverance of satanic worshippers at the Transformation crusade held at the State capital in April last and other crusades and conferences that followed up witnessing one of the biggest local crusades.

Addressing media persons at Hotel Japfu here Monday, Faith Harvest Church Kohima Pastor Shan Kikon spoke on the need of the Churches to be equipped and trained in Holy Spirit stating that Church was meant to be a place where people encounter the power and love of God in the message of the Gospel, which meets the real needs of the people and transforming them to live victorious, fruitful and meaningful lives.

The pastor, however, said due to some mistakes, many may be tempted to criticize all Holy Spirit anointed ministries as extreme yet he said the Church cannot deny that there was a legitimate need for Holy Spirit anointed ministry is biblical and God given.

Speaking on the wide spread of Satanic worshippers and the practices, Koinonia Baptist Church senior pastor Rev Zotuo Kiewhuo said the lackadaisical attitude of some believers who still opined Satanism in Kohima as a myth, said the transformation crusade was an eye opener for many to the realities of the spiritual realm and the power of the Holy spirit.

He said response was mixed with some realizing that the practice had indeed swept ‘our’ land while many met this reality with sarcasm. However, he said what believers need to understand is Satanism is here in ‘our’ society and it is only through the power of the Holy Spirit that “we will be able to defeat this occult practice.”

Speaker of the six-day conference be Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo, Pastor Shan Kikon, Paul Seow, Head of Arts at Church of our Savior, Singapore and Madeleine Tan, Regional Director for Asia, For SOZO ministry, appointed by Bethel Church, USA.

Paul and Madeleine will be accompanied by five other team members from Singapore all experienced and trained instructors in their own fields.

The conference is open for all people especially pastors, church workers, prayer groups, those in leadership and those who have a heart to serve God in any capacity.
