Minority cell extends Durga Puja greetings

Naga People’s front (NPF) Minority Cell has extended warm greetings and best wishes to the citizens of Nagaland and neighboring areas on the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja.

In a greeting message, NPF Minority Cell president Bishnu Bhattacharjee, on behalf of the party, stated that Durga Puja was an important Hindu festival celebrated in the country with great enthusiasm, solidarity and gaiety.
 
“The celebration not only brings renewed spiritual fervor among the people, but also fosters a congenial environment for greater cultural and social integration, which, in turn, promotes unity among all,” he said, adding “May the celebrations of Durga Puja this year bring greater peace and happiness to one and all, and strengthen the prevailing social and cultural harmony in our beautiful state and the nation as a whole”.
