Unrecognized school issue: Parents appeal authorities

February 27, 2014 | by admin

Parents of students of Blooming Bud Montesorri School (Class VIII to Class X) who had recently been discharged from the school due to the unrecognized status of the school have appealed the district administration, the directorate of school education, Naga Students’ Federation and Dimapur Naga Students’ Union to consider the case of their wards as they found it difficult to admit their wards to other schools.
In a press release, the aggrieved parents informed that the plight of their children were now in a “worst condition” as they had been unable to admit them to other schools without proper CR books and other documents.
The parents said that they were unable to find an alternative arrangement and also asked how the school resumed classes without any “finalization” of the issue. The aggrieved parents have now appealed competent authority to redress their grievances and bring about a solution to the issue so that the students could be absorbed in other schools in Dimapur without compromising with their academic careers.
