Wokha Circle Students’ Union (WCSU) has extended its support to the ongoing Nagaland SSA Teachers’ Association (NSSATA) agitation demanding for its salaries were its rights for every government employees.
Stating that the state government should not put the future of students at stake “in tussle” between the two, the students union in a press release issued by its general secretary, Benathung E. Tsopoe, appealed to the state government to release the pending salaries at the earliest for the welfare of the teachers and students so as to enable the teachers to resume their duties.
