A two-week entrepreneurship development programme (EDP) was held March 18 to 31 for PMEGP beneficiaries at Alaphra conference hall, Dimapur.
The programme was conducted by Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) and sponsored by KVIC Dimapur under ministry of MSME government of India.
In a press release, State office in-charge IIE Dimapur Sani Pongen stated that entrepreneurship development programme was a mandatory training programme for PMEGP beneficiaries. It is only after the successful completion of this training, the beneficiaries would be eligible for the subsidy portion of their project.
Altogether, 29 beneficiaries from different districts of Nagaland attended the training. Resource persons from various departments, financial institutions and successful entrepreneurs interacted with the beneficiaries and motivated them.
