Fazl Ali College bids farewell to HoD

Fazl Ali College faculty and staff bid farewell to one of their senior colleagues Akok Walling, head of department of functional English, who has been promoted as principal, Wangkhao College at Mon.
Walling, who served the college for more for almost 30 years, is also a winner of Governors Award in the year 2013.
Delivering a short speech, Fazl Ali College principal Chubayangla said described Walling as “an innovative and helpful member of the faculty and a pillar of the college”.
Fazl Ali College teachers association president Tiarenla Aier said Walling had been an active member and a former secretary of the association, who played key roles during crucial times.
College vice principal Limatola Zulu said his efforts led to the creation of the functional English department and form the department of Functional English. The outgoing officer Akok Walling gave credit to the college and his colleagues, saying all his achievements were because of the college.
