Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), home department, along with the 1st Bn. National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Guwahati conducted familiarity exercise\\ community awareness programme on disaster management in Phek district May 15.
As part of the awareness programme, a skit on disaster management was also performed by ‘Dreamz Unlimited’ (a theatre group based in Dimapur) on the May 17 at Phek local ground.
A home department press release stated that same exercise would be conducted in Meluri, Pfutsero and Wokha.
