As part of cleanliness drive, the Survivor’s Group (SG), a community-based group, comprising of current drug users and drug recovering addicts of Kiphire district, donated 41 dustbins to shops in Kiphire May 26. The group led by its president T.Lemlise Sangtam along with members undertook the drive by placing bamboo-made dustbins in main location of Kiphire town.
It may be mentioned that the Survivor’s Group (SG) established in 2009 with 96 members has its office at Kohima Road Kiphire town. Both drug users and recovering addicts are the members in the group. The group is supported by project ORCHID [E.H.A] Nagaland.
