The deputy commissioner (DC), Mokokchung, Murohu Chotso has notified all heads of departments (HoDs) of the district that deserving cases for district award to gazetted officers/non-gazetted officials are invited from the responsible head of department for examination and consideration by the district level committee to be awarded August 15, 2014.
DC has informed that while forwarding the nominees, the certain criteria are to be strictly observed: ACR/APAR for 3 (three years); length of service for more than 10 years; recommendation by the concerned HoD along with brief write-up about the service history of the employee; and HoDs may only recommend one employee for each category/grade.
DC also stated that the recommendation should be submitted to the deputy commissioner’s office on or before August 4.
