The three day-long Associate Pastor Women’s retreat with “Paradigm shift of leadership in present scenario” as its theme kick started here Thursday under the aegis of SBAK Women Department, Nito Mount.
The inaugural program was chaired by Kuholi Chishi Women Secretary SBAK who gave the introductory remark and keynote address followed by Atoni associate pastor women, Sukomi Baptist church who said the invocation and thanksgiving prayer.
A special song was presented by the G Akani and group; meantime the retreat speaker Hekato Awomi youth secretary SBAK shared the gospel and exhorted the gathering on the theme “Paradigm shift of leadership in present scenario”.
Juliet Shikhu, pastor Dimapur Sumi Baptist Church; Tsuvili Sumi, Staff Nurse Civil Hospital Zbto; Rev S Yevito Sumi, executive secretary SBAK and Kughato Chophy, Chaplin SBAK are the resource persons of the 3-daylong retreat. The Bible Study on “Nehemiah’s Model of Leadership” will be presented by Niholi Shohe field secretary NSBAK.
Several women pastors from various towns and villages will be deliberating on the topics such as ‘Church administration’, ‘Women and health’, ‘Set your goal high for God’, ‘Review and update your ministry’ and ‘Ethical living- leaders in present context’ during the 3-daylong retreat.
