Nagaland chief minister T.R Zeliang expressed dismay and deep regret over the loss of lives in the border area following the recent clashes. In a statement issued through the CMO media cell, Zeliang said “immediate steps should be taken by both state governments, to put in place confidence building measures, so that peace and normalcy returns to the locations and the people on both sides live in safety and harmony”.
