NNC (N/A) Naga army 2nd “Brig” commander lt Col Kheveto Yeputhomi under supervisor central command has reshuffled the senior officers within Dimapur and Kohima for “peaceful atmosphere”. In the reshuffle, “maj” Hoito Chophy has been made town commander, 2 ic lt Elvis “maj” Huvuto Ayeh as UT-1 commander, 2i. Captain Chulen Chang, high-way commander, lt. col. Apam Tangkhul, 2ic capt. Angukavi Achumi and lt col. Khenito Sumi as Kohima town commander, 2ic capt. Samuel, border commander, lt. col. Moa Ao, 2ic capt. Shikato Sumi and “maj” Hukato Sumi as guard commander of president. In a press release, brig. secy. (PRO) major K,T. Jimomi Naga army SCC NNC (N/A) has appealed all the concerned authority council of chairmen, colony elders. GBs, NGOs, Hohos, business union, church leaders etc to cooperate for the better Nagas. All officers under 2nd “brig” commander has been asked to attend an emergency meeting on August 30.
