SNM core committee meets Dimapur dist admin

Newly formed Survival Nagaland Movement (SNM)’s core committee members met with Dimapur district administrative officers and apprised the officials on the formation of the movement Thursday.
In a release, SNM public relation cell stated that the team met the deputy commissioner (DC), superintendent of police (SP) and other administrative officers at their office chambers and discussed issues pertaining to the menace of Illegal Bangladeshi Immigrants (IBIs). According to the release, other issues discussed included streamlining of ILP, trade licences, residency certificates, driving licences and other IBI related documents.
The committee expressed satisfaction over the outcome of the meeting, saying district administrative officials were “positive and forthcoming” at the meeting and listened to the issues with seriousness.
Meanwhile, the core committee has invited interested individuals to design a “logo” for the movement. The committee stated that best logo would be selected for all purpose of the movement. It also informed the designers to contact the core committee members whose contact numbers can be found on SNM group on social networking site facebook.
