BJP candidate Visasolie Lhoungu Friday filed his nomination at the office of the deputy commissioner & returning officer, Kohima for the upcoming bye-election to be held for Northern Angami-II Assembly Constituency. According to a DIPR report, stand by candidate Neisakholie Rupreo also filed his nomination papers in the presence of the officials and BJP political party.
