Artist Anju with Model No. 7 displaying her creation was declared winner of the Color Trophy 2014 Season-2 contest in a glittering ceremony which was held at Niathu Resort, Dimapur, on Thursday evening.
In other category, the winner for street fashion style (gents) was awarded to artist O Lemlila with Model No 18, while winner for evening fashion long hair up (ladies) was awarded to artist Kaliho with Model No 25 and winner for bridal make-up was awarded to artist Lomi with Model No 39.
Color Trophy Season- 2, a hair & make-up contest- organized by Glamazon Events with the Parliamentary Secretary for Urban Development, Zhaleo Rio, as the chief guest.
The panel of judges were renowned music professional, Nise Meruno, and fashion icon, Valerie Kachari, who is also a former model and freelance Bollywood make-up artist.
The event also featured fashion shows showcasing creative designs of designer Achunbo Zeliang and Christina. Color Trophy 2014 saw participation of twenty eight make-up and hairstylist artists with forty eight models.
It may be noted that the event was conceived by Calvina Sumi, Director of Glamazon Events, a professional make-up artist and hair stylist and proprietor of Glamazon Beauty Salon.
The first Color Trophy season-1 was organized on July 19, 2011.
