Pungro Town district administration and police along with Yimchunger Women Organization, Pungro unit conducted a raid on shops, “booze joints” on November 3 at Pungro Town. During the raid, large quantities of local brew, yeast and IMFL were seized and were later destroyed in the presence of the administration, DBs, Police, GBs, Ad-hoc town council members, YWO and church elders after a debriefing by ADC Pungro.
