The United Sangtam Region of GPRN/NSCN, while appreciating and supporting the Educated Elites of Kiphire for organization Night Carnival in Kiphire town from December 1 to 6, has issued a public awareness for the welfare of the general public. It stated that selling of any intoxicating things would be strictly prohibited during the Night Carnival. It cautioned that USR GPRN/ NSCN would initiate stern action against any person under the influence of alcohol and creating situation.
In a press release, T Sekhaba Sangtam, Regional Administrative Office of the USR GPRN, has appealed all public not to contaminate the Night Carnival in Kiphire. (Correspondent)
