Kohima police manning Keyake check gate at BSF camp, Kohima intercepted one Maruti 800 (AS-01K-9900) and recovered 16 cases of canned beer from the possession of one Mughato (30) son of Shuwato of Aghiyili village, Aghunato and presently residing at Zunheboto.
According to Sub – Divisional Police Officer & PRO Atu Zumvü, in this connection a regular case under NLTP Act has been registered against him.
In another incident, a resident of Upper A.G colony, Kohima apprehended one burglar who broke into his rented house by using duplicate key.
SDPO & PRO said the accused has been identified as Badrul Haque (27) son of Tabarak Ali of Silchar village, Shonai district and currently residing at Agri colony, Kohima. Police said regular case has been registered against him.
