Hukavi Zhimomi graces SKK platinum jubilee second session in Zunheboto

Second day of the ongoing All Sumi Kiphimi Kuqhakulu/Sumi Students Union (SKK) platinum jubilee commemoration and culmination programme was graced by the parliamentary secretary Jails, Science & Technology S Hukavi Zhimomi who was also the former SKK president, here in Old Town Zunheboto, Friday.
Speaking at the celebration, Hukavi encouraged the Sumis to retrospect and introspect for better upcoming generations. 
Stating that no government in any country can provide employment opportunities to all youths, he asked the Sumis to be self-reliable and have confidence for better career.
Hukavi also urged the congregation not to depend on politicians, bureaucrats or parents for jobs, but asked to strive hard through competitive exams like UPSC and NPSC.  He also said Naga youths have much potential to explore and generate income and bring changes in the society.
Naga Students Federation (NSF) president Subenthung Kithan in his jubilee greetings thanked the pioneers of SKK for being farsighted which led to formation of the student body in 1940. 
NSF president also encouraged the present Sumi students and leaders to bring a change and urged SKK to keep the momentum alive to meet the challenges faced by our generations.
Earlier, welcome address was delivered by Chairman, Jubilee Planning Board and Former President, SKK, Kitoho Rotokha, welcome song by Nito Theological College. The program was also attended by DC, Zunheboto, Temsu Longkumer, SP, Khrodi Rhetso, SDPO, Pughoboto, Akihito, officials from Sumi Hoho, GBs, public leaders and church leaders.
