Diphupar Muslim Community celebrated and offered mass prayer, Eid-ul-Fitr (Namaz) at Diphupar Jame Masjid with its Pesh Imam, Thursday. The Pesh Imam greeted the community members and delivered the message of “righteous living and good thinking.” A group of community members led by secretary Muslim Council Dimapur, F. Rahman (Islam) visited Central Jail Dimapur and offered prayers with the inmates. The prayer was followed by sweets distribution and exchange of greetings.
KOHIMA: Kohima Muslim community has extended gratitude to everyone for the grand success of the festival “eid ul fiter”, which was celebrated with great zeal and joy, Thursday.
