Financial literacy camp held

Bank of Baroda in collaboration with NABARD conducted Financial Literacy Camp at Government Middle School, Imrong at Ungma. The camp was attended by GPS Ungma Old, GPS Mangkusong and GPS Shingang. Manager Bank of Baroda Ungma Branch Moakala Aier, and NABARD Official S Amarjit Mangang highlighted the importance of maintaining a bank account. 

They stressed on to practice of saving at an early stage. Moreover, both highlighted on how the government started the process of transaction of scholarship or any other schemes from the government to the beneficiaries’ accounts directly. Topics covered during the Camp is BSBDA, PMMY, BKCC, JLG, diary farming, SHGs, PMSBY, PMJJBY, APY etc.
