NSCN (R) through its MIP staff officer has informed that some person/group has been collecting, indulging in illegal activities to tarnish the image of NSCN(R). The group stated that it has been found to be a well planned policy initiated by some rival groups.
In this regard, NSCN (R) informed that all kinds of chaplee assignments given to officials by A. Langhkuh Konyak previous chaplee kilonser of NSCN (R) stands cancelled as he has defected to NSCN (IM) and all the revenue heads allotted to military wing as per decision during meeting held in February 2016 stands cancelled.
It also noted that some un-official persons without proper assignment were dealing/harassing the import/export of “supari” agencies. MIP informed the agencies not to entertain any persons/group dealing in the name of NSCN (R) with effect from October 21 till further orders. It also informed that all assignments on chaplee affairs duly assigned by Newell Achumi Naga, dy, kilonser chaplee affairs NSCN(R) would be official except directorates of Kohima.
