Apropos to its resolution to impose total bandh within Longleng district on January 31 and February 1, 2017, the Phom Peoples’ Council (PPC) has clarified that it has empowered “all youths for ensuring total compliance in implementing the resolution of PPC for imposing bandh” and not as published.
