Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has reiterated its appeal to all the Nagas to allow students to peacefully appear the NBSE examinations from February 14, 2017. In a press release, NSF secretary education, Imtiyapang, stated that failing to conduct the examination smoothly could hamper the career of more than 55,000 students. NSF said the current social unrest in the state has obstructed educational institutions from functioning normally and cautioned that this would spoil the future generation in the long run. It has also appealed that the departments/offices involved in carrying out exam duties be allowed to function efficiently in the larger interest of the student community.NSF also informed all the federating units and sub-ordinate bodies to monitor and help out students appearing for Class X, XI and XII examinations so as to ensure smooth conduct of examination in their respective jurisdiction.
