Extending its full support to the demand made by the Tizit Area Students’ Union (TASU), the Konyak Students’ Union (KSU) has stated that TASU demands were genuine as the general public of Mon district had been facing untold miseries.
In a press release, KSU press secretary, Phonglan Konyak, appealed to the state government to fulfil the genuine demands at the earliest as it might invite further complications. KSU cautioned that state government would be solely held responsible if any untoward incident occurred.
