NRLM official visits Wokha district

National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) mission director and additional secretary, Athel O. Lotha visited Wokha district on December 12 and convened a meeting at project director office DRDA Wokha.
A press release by DRDA Wokha stated that mission director acknowledged the performance of Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM) of various levels under Wokha district.
Expressing her vision on the mission, Lotha encouraged and motivated the staff to give more effort in building strong community institutions and enhance livelihoods to achieve the mission goals.  
In the meeting, COO Programs, Rollan M Lotha appraised on the vitality of the resource block and stressed upon the staff to work with immense effort and progress beyond village level organization of the mission. 
Block program managers of Wokha, Chukitong, Sanis and Changpang blocks presented brief reports related to the progress of the mission in each block. The meeting was attended by mission staff and BDOs of Sanis and Changpang blocks and chaired by project director Thungdeno Mozhui.
