Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organization (ENPO) has expressed dismay over the silence of Khango-led NSCN (K) on the threat issued to Yimchunger Tribal Council (YTC) president.
ENPO through its media cell said the group has not yet responded to its letter submitted last November demanding termination of one Mukhe, CCM of the group within 15 days against threat issued on the life of YTC president and unconditional withdrawal of all kinds of threat and intimidation upon any individuals/business establishments within Eastern Nagaland.
According to media cell, the ENPO and its six federating tribal bodies had on January 23, 2019 resolved to take its own course of action in the event of Khango-led NSCN (K)’s failure to respond within one week from the publication of the press statement.
