KMC to resume issuing dog licenses

Kohima Municipal Council will resume issuing pet (Dog) licenses under its jurisdiction from May 1 as per the Nagaland Municipal Act 2001 Part IV, Chapter VII, Section 179(1) (C). KMC administrator, Kovi Meyase has informed dog-owners under the KMC jurisdiction to obtain or renew their dog licenses to be issued  every Monday from the KMC Office and every Friday from the Dog Pound Office, KMC Chaii Parking (Old ministers Hill).  Dog vaccination will be available every Friday at the Dog Pound Office.
