Workshop on effective teaching learning process

St. John College (SJC), Dimapur organised one-day orientation workshop for teachers on effective teaching learning process to make teachers more responsible towards students. 

The workshop was inaugurated by principal, Prof. S.T. Janetius.
A press release from SJC Dimapur stated that, Prof. S. T. Janetius insisted on the role of teachers in SJC, giving quality education, discipline and skills development orientation to the students. 
The workshop was conducted by Don Bosco Institute for Development and Leadership (DBIDL) in three sessions. 
In the first session, Dr. Varghese SDB spoke on the need for creativity and formation of attitude in the teaching learning process in the classroom management. Victor Pameih programme coordinator-DBIDL dwelt on traditional and modern classroom presenting concrete examples from daily situations in the college. Dr. Peter Salew elaborated on the role of effective teachers in the third session.
