Chakhesang Students’ Union (CSU) in association with national health mission (NHM), directorate Health & Family Welfare, Nagaland organised a free medical camp at Sekruzu sub health centre under CMO, SMO Phek district on September 6.
CSU president Lavoto Chizo in a press release stated that the objective of the camp was to meet the medical requirements of the area. Dr. Rokovinuo Racheal, Dr. Khotso Karo and Dr. Kevi Sekhose along with the nurses and staff treated the patients under SMO, Dr. Imchatoshi CHC Chozuba. The union informed that 127 patients were treated during the medical camp.
Meanwhile, CSU thanked Dr. Kevichusa Medikhru, mission director, NHM Nagaland for according space to the union to carry out such camp for the benefit of the public. The leaders of Sekruzu area has lauded the initiative of the CSU.
