Western Sumi Hoho (WSH) has expressed grief over the demise of vice president of the Chakhesang Public Organisation (CPO) late
Vehushu Medeo, who passed away on April 10.
In a condolence note, WSH president Shikaho Zhimomi said that late Vehushu Medeo was a torchbearer to the younger generation, a tall public leader and a man of integrity who was driven to give his best as a social worker.
It stated that he was also a patriot to the greater Naga national cause and his demise was an irreplaceable loss to the Naga people but the legacy of work left behind would remain and always be cherished.
Further, WSH shared the loss with the family members of the departed and prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
