144 CrPC lifted in Jalukie area

District Magistrate (DM) Peren Saturday lifted the prohibitory orders under Sec. 144 of the CrPC, which was imposed at Jalukie including specified areas under Jalukie subdivision on April 14. In an order, DM Peren Sentiwapang Aier stated that since the situation in Jalukie and the adjoining areas has normalized, the prohibitory orders have been withdrawn with immediate effect.
