Member of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Jyotika Kalra along with Jintu Sakia, Insp. NHRC visited One Stop Centre (OSC) – Sakhi, Dimapur on October 19.
In a press release, State Resource Centre for Women (SRCW) informed that during the meet, Jyotika Kalra interacted with officials of the social welfare department, State Resource Centre for Women and OSC team and reviewed the functioning of the One Stop Centre in Dimapur and the state.
She advised the team to enhance the awareness activities focusing on legal rights.
Jyotika also encouraged the One Stop Centre team to continue working with commitment for the cause, which was to provide integrated services to women affected by violence under one roof.
