FNR to organise ‘public lament’ on December 19

Following the FNR’s team visit to Oting and Mon (December 10-12), the forum has informed that it would be organising a “public lament” for civilians killed by the security forces on December 19, 2 p.m. in the auditorium of the Christian Higher Secondary School Dimapur. 

The public lament would be held on the theme “Memories of Oting and the Nagas”.
