Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, has nominated Sericulture director, T Sanny Pongener, as a member of the Central Silk Board for a period of three years under section 4(3)(i) of the Act.
In a letter, deputy secretary (Tech) R K Sinha, had extended its hearty welcome to Pongener and also expressed its hope that the Board would be benefitted by his experience in the sericulture sector.
