Business Association of Nagas (BAN) has launched a “Social Responsibility Connect” programme to assist thousands of Naga youngsters to get access to basic machineries and equipments for running their business.
In a press release, BAN stated that it will identify and assist genuine Naga entrepreneurs by connecting them through some willing donors for providing them basic tools and equipment and to link them to financial institutions.
Under the programme, Business Association of Nagas has also identified Bendangwabang, a young talented and hardworking blacksmith craftsman and steel fabricator from Aoyimti Village and gifted him a welding machine for his unit expansion.
The machine was handed over by L Mongkum Jamir, president, Ababe Ezung, finance secretary and Akum Jamir, executive council member.
