Khiamniungan Students’ Union Dimapur (KSUD) held its 29th general session cum parting social on the theme, “Paradigm Shift” on December 1 at Town Hall Dimapur.
A press release by KSUD informed that guest of honour, former minister, P. Longon encouraged the gathering particularly the students to stay committed, work hard in pursuance of achieving higher goals in life. He also reminded the students to stay rooted to their culture, traditions and to uphold the languages of the tribe.
Speaking on behalf of MLA, Khumo, his PA, Tsongtsa encouraged the students to continue to strive and to excel in their respective fields.
At the programme, special presentation was presented by Khiamniungan Students’ Union Chumoukedima (KSUC) and Mission in Music Academy (MIMA); KUD president, L. Butang addressed the event and achievers in various fields were also felicitated by the KSUD.
