SS Punglwa hosts East Zone inter Sainik School Football Championship

Sainik School Punglwa, Nagaland hosted the East Zone inter-Sainik School Football Championship for junior and sub-junior was organised from June 28 to 30.
Sainik School Chhingchhip emerged as the champions of the junior category and in the sub junior category, Sainik School Punglwa, Nagaland dominated the league rounds and topped the list and was adjudged champions. Sainik School Purulia, Goalpara, Punglwa, Chhingchip and Sainik School East Siang participated in the championship. The matches were played on the basis of round robin. The closing ceremony of the championship was graced by Principal Sainik School Punglwa, group captain RK Yadav, who also gave away the medals to the winners.
