ATI holds trg for government servants

Administrative Training Institute (ATI) Kohima conducted three-day training for government servants.
In a press release, ATI course coordinator Dr.Hovithal Sothu stated that training, which was held on the topic “Noting and Drafting Skills”, began September 16 and came to conclusion September 18.
Altogether, 39 participants from across the state attended the training.
The topics taken up at the training included the Nagaland Government Servants Conduct Rules 1968; Basic Office Procedure; Noting Skills and Drafting Skills with a lot of practical.
The resource persons for the programme included ATI joint director L.Youdang Jamir, ATI state coordinator Dr.Hovithal Sothu and Nagaland Civil Secretariat junior section officer Andrease Lotha.
ATI Kohima, established in 1972, is the apex training institute and consultancy arm of Nagaland government. ATI aspires to identify the training needs of all categories of government servants, design appropriate training programmes and impart training effectively to the civil servants in the state.
